H. Kevin Eddins

H. Kevin Eddins is a dedicated legal professional with decades of experience representing clients in complex business matters. Kevin began his academic journey at Hanover College, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Political Science. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 1996. He further strengthened his qualifications with the Mediation Skills Training Program from Northwestern University School of Professional Studies.

Kevin was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1996, the Indiana Bar in 1997, and the Tennessee Bar in 2023. He is licensed in all state and federal courts in Kentucky and Indiana, Tennessee state courts, and the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Ohio. Kevin has handled mediations and arbitrations in Kentucky and uses that experience to guide clients through disputes efficiently and professionally.

Kevin is an active member of the Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and Indiana State Bar Association. He regularly conducts legal seminars for new and growing businesses in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Small Business Development Center.
