Guy J. Agostinelli

Guy J. Agostinelli is a founding partner of his law firm and a highly respected attorney with extensive experience in corporate, construction, and real estate law. Admitted to the New York Bar in 1981, he has led numerous high-value transactions and litigation cases, including corporate acquisitions, development deals, and industrial bond transactions. Mr. Agostinelli earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University in 1980. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from McGill University, which he obtained in 1977. As head of the firm’s Construction Law Practice, he represents developers, surety companies, and general contractors in contract negotiations and litigation. His legal expertise has been recognized in multiple courts, including the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Agostinelli is an active member of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
