Gregory O. Tuttle is the managing partner at Tuttle Yick LLP and leads the firm’s commercial litigation practice. A sharp strategist and trusted legal advisor, Mr. Tuttle is known for offering clients direct, informed assessments and bold representation. He handles a wide array of complex business disputes, including partnership breakups, real estate litigation, construction claims, M&A conflicts, RICO class actions, ADA compliance, and other high-value commercial matters. He has successfully tried and resolved cases in New York state and federal courts as well as in arbitrations and mediations across the country.
Gregory Tuttle earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was Notes Editor of the NYU Law Review and recipient of the Benjamin F. Butler Award and Robert A. McKay Prize. He graduated from Brown University with a B.A.
Before co-founding Tuttle Yick LLP, Mr. Tuttle practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and clerked for two federal judges: the Honorable Allyne R. Ross (E.D.N.Y.) and the Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry (Third Circuit). He also worked at Joseph Hage Aaronson LLC, focusing on commercial litigation, M&A disputes, and legal malpractice defense. His legal background spans elite big law firms, the federal judiciary, and boutique litigation settings.
