Gregory Singleton

Gregory Singleton is the founder of Signature Law PLLC, where he focuses exclusively on estate planning. With a foundation in high-stakes litigation and transactional work, Gregory previously tried multi-million-dollar cases and negotiated multi-billion-dollar deals. Today, he brings that depth of legal insight to helping families plan for their futures.

Gregory earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013. While there, he completed legal concentrations in Business Law and Labor & Employment Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in 2001. His strong academic background supports his wide-ranging legal skill set.

Licensed to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and U.S. Tax Court, Gregory now dedicates his practice to helping clients navigate estate planning with clarity and care. His firm, Signature Law, emphasizes accessibility, compassion, and personalized service.

In addition to his legal work, Gregory is a committed public servant. He volunteers with the MSBA Probate Clinic and Wills for Heroes, and serves as an investigator for the 4th District Ethics Committee. He’s also a board member of Tools for Teens and serves as Secretary for NEMBA. His service underscores his commitment to ethics and community.

Gregory’s work has been recognized with multiple accolades, including Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star (2021–2023) and North Star Lawyer honors. He also received the University of Minnesota Law School’s Public Service Award. His affiliations include the MSBA and ABA, where he contributes to several practice sections, including Trust & Estates, Elder Law, and Tax Law.
