Gregory S. Sconzo is a skilled employment law attorney and founder of Sconzo Law Office, P.A., based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Gregory earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the Law Review and Moot Court Board. His article, “They’re Not Yours, They Are My Own: How NCAA Employment Restrictions Violate Antitrust Law,” received the prestigious Soia Mentschikoff Award and was published in the University of Miami Law Review. He also holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Miami, where he began developing his passion for justice and advocacy.

Before establishing his own firm in 2017, Gregory practiced at Kaplan & Sconzo, P.A., where he handled a substantial caseload involving civil litigation, civil rights, and employment disputes. Over the course of his career, he has participated in thousands of state and federal cases, tried numerous matters to verdict, and successfully argued before the Fourth District Court of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. His results reflect his strong courtroom presence and dedication to achieving justice for his clients.

Gregory S. Sconzo is admitted to practice in Florida and multiple federal courts across the country. He is an active member of the Florida Employment Lawyers Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Labor and Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar, where he continues to champion employee rights with professionalism and integrity.
