Gregory S. Fisher is a highly experienced attorney specializing in general and complex commercial litigation. He focuses on appellate litigation, labor and employment law, business torts, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and computer security litigation. Over his 33-year career, he has helped clients navigate complex legal challenges by offering creative solutions to business problems and avoiding costly litigation whenever possible.

Gregory holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Washington School of Law, earned in 1991, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton, earned in 1988. He is fluent in German, enhancing his ability to assist a diverse range of clients. He is licensed to practice law in Alaska and Arizona and admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and U.S. District Courts for Alaska and Arizona.

Throughout his career, Gregory has represented clients in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitration settings. He has extensive experience in jury trials and appellate litigation, demonstrating his ability to handle complex cases effectively. Gregory has also clerked for prominent judges, including the Honorable Barry G. Silverman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Chief Judge John W. Sedwick of the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska.

Gregory has contributed to the legal profession as a speaker, writer, and leader. He has published articles in national and regional law reviews and journals and presented to civic and trade associations in Alaska. He has also served as an arbitrator certified by the American Arbitration Association and held leadership roles within the Alaska Bar Association, including co-chairing its Employment Law Section.
