Gregory M. Tucker

Gregory M. Tucker is an attorney and partner with experience handling complex legal matters in New Mexico. His practice includes commercial litigation, criminal defense, business law, and personal injury cases. He represents individuals and companies while focusing on practical legal strategies and strong case preparation.

Greg earned his bachelor of science in business administration and finance from Arizona State University. He also received a certificate in international business and management from the University of Bradford in Bradford, England. Greg later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico, graduating in the top ten percent.

Greg has significant courtroom experience, having served as the elected District Attorney for San Juan County, New Mexico. In that role, he handled many serious criminal cases, including first-degree murder and kidnapping. His work provided extensive trial experience and strengthened his litigation and case strategy skills.

In addition to his legal career, Greg has served as an owner or officer in several businesses. These businesses operate in areas such as oil and gas automation, oil and gas chemical distribution, title insurance, real estate management, real estate development, property maintenance, and video enhancement technology.

Greg represents large corporations and several Texas based companies as both a plaintiff’s attorney and a defense attorney. His legal work includes commercial litigation, business formation, wills and trusts, criminal defense, personal injury, and other general legal matters that require careful planning and strong advocacy.
