Gregory earned his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. He also received his Bachelor’s degree in Communications, cum laude, from Brigham Young University. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Judge Denise Lindberg at the Third District Court in Salt Lake City and interned at Utah Legal Services in the real estate division.
Before founding Independence Law Firm, Gregory worked as an associate attorney at law firms in Salt Lake, Summit, and Utah County. In addition to estate planning, he advises clients on business planning, contract drafting, and probate matters. He has also been a featured guest at conferences, training seminars, and podcasts discussing estate planning and business formation. Clients benefit from his ability to explain legal issues clearly and develop plans that fit changing circumstances.
