Gregory C. Dyekman is a partner in the Cheyenne office of Long Reimer Winegar LLP. He advises clients on business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and creditors’ rights, real estate development, and litigation. His broad practice also includes estate and business planning. He has worked on complex, high-value transactions with firms across the country while serving clients throughout Wyoming.
Dyekman received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1977 and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1980. He was Editor in Chief of the Land and Water Law Review. His education and continued teaching in banking and creditors’ rights support a practice that connects commercial transactions, disputes, and long-term planning.
Dyekman has coordinated business sales, purchases, mergers, ranch transactions, and financing arrangements. He has prepared opinions for major lending transactions, represented creditors in bankruptcy, and litigated business disputes through trial and settlement. His appellate work before the Wyoming Supreme Court covers real estate, banking, consumer credit, trusts and estates, state taxation, and other issues. He has also assisted clients with estate administration.
Gregory C. Dyekman has taught at the University of Wyoming College of Law and held leadership roles with Wyoming community organizations.
