About

Gregg Oberg has built a respected reputation as a dedicated advocate for injury victims, drawing from decades of courtroom experience. He began his career representing insurance companies before realizing his passion lay in defending the injured. His client-focused approach emphasizes personal attention, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to justice for individuals and families affected by negligence.

Oberg earned his B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Nebraska in 1984, followed by his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 1987. While studying law, he clerked for the State of Nebraska’s Attorney General, where he assisted in prosecuting criminal and death penalty appeals. This early exposure to high-stakes litigation strengthened his foundation in legal research and courtroom advocacy, preparing him for a distinguished legal career.

Oberg ’s early work defending insurance companies taught him valuable insights into the strategies used by large corporations. However, his desire to support injured clients led him to shift focus toward personal injury litigation. As his career progressed, he gained extensive trial experience handling cases involving car and truck accidents, workplace injuries, and premises liability. His ability to guide clients through complex claims has earned him recognition and lasting client trust.

Throughout his career, Oberg has remained committed to the principles of integrity and compassion. Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1995, he continues to uphold the highest professional standards. His memberships include the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice. Additionally, he serves as Treasurer of the Mesquite Bar Association and on the State Bar of Texas Disciplinary Grievance Panel. In 2019, he was named among the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, a testament to his excellence in advocacy and trial performance.

Gregg Oberg believes that every client deserves direct, personalized legal representation. His approach ensures that each case receives the focused attention it deserves—from the first consultation to the final resolution.
