About
Gregg Mielke brings more than three decades of legal experience to business owners and property operators seeking practical solutions. He handles business formation, commercial transactions, real estate matters, construction issues, and asset protection. His long career as both an attorney and business owner allows him to guide clients with clear, grounded, and realistic strategies.
Gregg completed multiple business degrees at the University of Texas, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, followed by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He then attended the University of Texas School of Law and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1986. These degrees give him a strong foundation for advising clients on complex commercial and real estate matters.
Gregg uses insights gained as the owner of an independent pharmacy and a road construction company to understand the pressures business clients face. His time serving as an officer within logistics and international services companies deepened his understanding of mortgage, real estate, import and export, insurance, and food service operations, allowing him to offer informed, practical legal counsel.
Gregg has long been active in professional organizations, contributing to community and industry groups. His memberships include multiple sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. He also served in leadership roles with the Northeast Harris County Bar Association, the Lake Houston Area Rotary Club, and other regional groups supporting local businesses.
Gregg has earned recognition through roles such as Fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas and Member of the Society of Legal Scholars. His community involvement includes service on municipal utility district boards, leadership in community associations, and years of writing as a contributing author for DockLine Magazine.
Gregg Mielke continues to support business owners, property operators, and consumers by applying decades of legal and real-world experience. His balanced perspective helps clients address challenges, manage risks, and move forward with confidence grounded in careful planning and well-informed guidance.
