Greg earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he served on the Loyola Law Review. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas. He is admitted in Louisiana and before all state and federal courts in Louisiana. His court admissions include the US Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and D.C. Circuits. His combined legal and engineering education supports detailed analysis of emissions, permitting, remediation, hazardous waste, water, and industrial compliance matters.
Greg previously worked as a consulting environmental engineer, concentrating on permitting, emissions estimation, reporting, modeling, and compliance in energy and industrial sectors. He now counsels clients on facility acquisitions, environmental audits, agency disclosures, enforcement matters, and federal or state cleanup liability. His work extends to carbon capture, solar, wind, hydrogen, and battery projects. He also serves as general counsel to the International Carbon Black Association, advising on regulatory standards, OSHA interpretations, antitrust surveillance, and sponsored research agreements.
