Greg Grisham has devoted more than 30 years to advising and representing employers in every aspect of labor and employment law. His experience spans counseling businesses on preventative strategies to avoid disputes and defending them in complex administrative and court proceedings.

Greg earned his B.S. in 1983 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, followed by an M.B.A. from the University of Mississippi in 1984. He then obtained his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1989, where he was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review. This strong educational background in business and law provides Greg with a unique perspective when guiding employers through labor relations, wage and hour disputes, and compliance issues.

Greg’s legal practice covers all major aspects of employment law, including defending claims involving discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. He has successfully handled hundreds of administrative charges, employment lawsuits, and arbitration matters. He is also a Fellow of The American Bar Foundation, the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and the Litigation Counsel of America.

Greg Grisham continues to be a respected figure in the field of labor and employment law, providing practical guidance and strong advocacy that helps employers navigate evolving workplace challenges. Greg has been widely recognized for his exceptional work and leadership in employment law.
