Ellen Arabian-Lee is a respected employment law attorney and mediator with over three decades of experience representing both employers and employees. As founder of Arabian-Lee Law Corporation in Roseville, California, she focuses her practice on employment litigation, workplace investigations, compliance, and separation negotiations. Known for her balanced and strategic approach, Ellen provides practical legal counsel that helps clients resolve disputes efficiently while protecting their professional and business interests.
Ellen earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1990, where she served as Associate Editor of the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal and interned for the California Court of Appeal, Sixth District. She graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in French. She is admitted to practice in all California courts, four U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Throughout her career, Ellen has built a reputation for excellence in employment law, professional ethics, and mediation. She has served as Past-President of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada and currently participates on the Sacramento County Presiding Judge Civil Advisory Committee. She also acts as a Settlement Conference Mediator for El Dorado and Sacramento Counties and has held leadership roles in numerous professional and community organizations.
Ellen Arabian-Lee’s professional honors include recognition as a Northern California Super Lawyer in Employment Litigation, Sacramento Magazine’s Top Lawyer (2016), and the Roseville Press Tribune’s Best Attorney (2016). She also earned AVVO’s Client’s Choice Award for Litigation.
