Giordana Mahn

Giordana Mahn is an intellectual property lawyer and Of Counsel at Fish & Richardson in Chicago and focuses on patent work for inventors and businesses developing consumer products, biomechanical and electromechanical technologies, health and sex tech, and medical devices. Her practice includes preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign design and utility patent applications, managing global intellectual property portfolios, and advising on invalidity, infringement, patentability, and freedom-to-operate questions.

Giordana earned a J.D. cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2014, where she served as Executive Editor of the Loyola Law Journal.
