Jonathan Sparks

Jonathan Sparks is the founder of Sparks Law, a Georgia business law practice with an office in Alpharetta. He advises small and midsize companies on the legal issues that arise as businesses launch, operate, expand, and change ownership. His work covers business formation, contracts, purchase and sale agreements, restrictive covenants, intellectual property questions, and business disputes, with an emphasis on practical guidance for owners.

Sparks graduated from George Washington University Law School, where his legal studies included corporate and business law, torts, litigation, and securities law. His education supports his approach to business transactions and disputes, where contractual responsibilities, regulatory concerns, and commercial objectives frequently overlap. He also brings professional experience from government offices and a major law firm to the advice he provides to Georgia businesses.
