Gina Zumpella is a seasoned personal injury attorney at Edgar Snyder & Associates, representing victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Her practice focuses on general liability, construction and industrial accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle and tractor-trailer collisions, fires, professional negligence, and product liability cases. Gina is a fierce advocate who combines courtroom skill with deep compassion for her clients.
Gina earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law with a Certificate in Health Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Allegheny College.
Licensed in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, Gina is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Northern District of West Virginia. She has been consistently recognized by her peers, having been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list (2010–2015) and the Super Lawyers list since 2016. Her appellate advocacy includes published work in Montagazzi v. Crisci et al, a precedent-setting case in Pennsylvania.
Gina’s dedication extends far beyond the courtroom. She chairs the Allegheny County Bar Association Civil Litigation Section and serves on the Board of Governors for the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. She also sits on the Pennsylvania Association for Justice Board and has served on the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Deeply involved in her community, Gina Zumpella is Vice President and Pittsburgh Division Coordinator of Project Sweet Peas and supports Magee-Womens Research Institute. She also serves as Vice Chair and Trustee of the North Allegheny Foundation and Finance Chair of the North Allegheny Women’s Association. Her advocacy and leadership are matched by her commitment to uplifting others through service and the law.
