Jason S. Marks

Jason S. Marks is the founder of Marks Injury Law in Gurnee, Illinois, and a dedicated advocate for clients facing personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. With a career spanning over two decades, Jason brings a results-oriented approach to each case, earning recognition for his legal excellence and client advocacy.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1998, graduating with Honors and High Distinction—placing him in the top 5 percent of his class. He then obtained his Juris Doctor with Honors from DePaul University College of Law in 2001, solidifying his foundation in business and legal analysis.

Jason launched his legal career in private practice in 2002 and quickly rose to partner at a Waukegan law firm by 2007. In 2014, he founded Marks Injury Law, a firm dedicated exclusively to personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Today, Jason represents clients in car accident claims, wrongful death lawsuits, construction accident cases, premises liability claims, dog bite injuries, and workplace injury and workers’ comp matters.
