Geralyn F. Noonan is a Fort Myers attorney and sole practitioner whose practice focuses primarily on labor and employment law. She represents both employees and employers in matters involving workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, employment contracts, noncompete agreements, and other workplace concerns. Her work now includes matters involving hostile work environments, civil rights violations, whistleblower protection, benefits and compensation, unemployment issues, unfair labor practices, and claims arising under Title VII, the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and related employment laws.
Geralyn F. Noonan is admitted to practice in Florida and before the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and has served as an Associate Member of the Calusa Inn of Court.
