Gerald J. Noonan

Gerald J. Noonan is a Brockton, Massachusetts criminal defense trial lawyer with decades of courtroom experience. He represents clients facing serious felony and misdemeanor charges, including OUI, violent crimes, sex offenses, drug charges, firearms offenses, theft, and criminal appeals. He has tried more than 250 criminal cases to verdict as a defense attorney. He obtained Massachusetts’ first conviction for violation of civil rights causing bodily injury. His later defense practice includes numerous not-guilty verdicts in serious criminal matters and approximately 75 successful OUI trials.

Gerald J. Noonan has combined trial advocacy with long-standing public service in Massachusetts. He served on the Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School Committee and later on the Easton Board of Assessors.
