Geffrey D. Rainbolt

Geffrey D. Rainbolt is a partner at Dale & Eke and brings decades of experience to clients across estate planning, business law, and real estate. He represents individuals, families, and closely held businesses in a range of legal matters involving wills and trusts, corporate structuring, and real estate transactions. His legal practice is built on strategic counsel and thorough attention to detail, guiding clients through both complex planning and routine legal needs.

Mr. Rainbolt earned his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law in 1994. He holds a B.S., cum laude, in Accounting from the University of Evansville, awarded in 1991. Prior to practicing law, he worked as a tax consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P., where he developed a foundation in finance and taxation that continues to inform his legal work.

Mr. Rainbolt provides legal counsel in estate and tax planning, trust administration, and probate. He also assists business owners with the formation of corporations and LLCs, drafting employment and shareholder agreements, business acquisitions and sales, succession planning, and non-compete contracts. In the area of real estate, his services include acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions.

Mr. Rainbolt is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the U.S. Tax Court. His professional affiliations include the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations. He is a Distinguished Fellow and former Director and Treasurer of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.

Geffrey D. Rainbolt also contributes to his community as a member of the Town of Fishers Advisory Plan Commission and a past president of the North Downtown Sertoma Club. His clients benefit from his balanced expertise in law, taxation, and finance.
