Gary L. Ayers

Gary L. Ayers is a partner at Foulston Siefkin LLP, where he focuses on healthcare law, commercial litigation, government investigations, and intellectual property disputes. He has represented clients in state and federal courts across a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, trademark and trade dress infringement, corporate practice of medicine, and white-collar crime. His extensive trial and appellate experience has made him a trusted advisor for clients in high-stakes and complex litigation.

Mr. Ayers earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1979, graduating with Order of the Coif honors and serving as an editor of the Kansas Law Review. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas in 1974. He has been admitted to practice in Kansas since 1979, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
