Gary C. Johnson

Gary C. Johnson is the founder and senior partner of Gary C. Johnson, P.S.C., a Kentucky-based personal injury firm known for its client-focused litigation. With over four decades of experience, he has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar jury verdicts, including the largest personal injury verdict in Kentucky history.

Gary earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1973, following his completion of undergraduate studies in mathematics at Berea College in 1969. He is board-certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and admitted to practice throughout Kentucky, Georgia, and West Virginia.

Since founding the firm in 1993, Gary has expanded its presence across four Kentucky cities and surrounding states. His work spans a wide range of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injuries. His litigation practice is 100% devoted to representing plaintiffs in high-stakes injury cases.
