Eric S. Rosen

Eric S. Rosen is the founder and managing attorney of Rosen Injury Law, P.A., and a board-certified civil trial lawyer in Florida. With a career rooted in trial excellence and client advocacy, he has secured over $100 million in jury verdicts for victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death throughout Fort Lauderdale and beyond.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2007, graduating summa cum laude. During law school, he served on Law Review, the Moot Court Honors Society, and the Dean’s List. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Eric began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, gaining critical trial experience. He later joined a leading South Florida injury firm, rising to partner before founding Rosen Injury Law to expand his commitment to helping injury victims across a broad spectrum of personal injury matters.

Trained at the prestigious Trial Lawyers College, Eric uses elite jury trial techniques in cases involving car accidents, wrongful death, and product liability. His professional involvement includes past presidency of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association and leadership roles in the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Broward County Bar Association.
