G. Wade Caldwell

G. Wade Caldwell is a seasoned attorney at Caldwell Clark Fanucchi & Finlayson, where his practice spans oil and gas law, commercial litigation, real estate, and construction disputes. He represents mineral and landowners, as well as heavy equipment dealers and businesses, in addressing complex commercial issues. His leadership includes serving as Past-President of the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO).

Mr. Caldwell earned a B.S. in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University after completing studies at the New Mexico Military Institute. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he developed the foundation for his long and successful legal career. His technical and legal education allow him to approach cases with precision and strategic insight.

Throughout his career, Mr. Caldwell has handled class actions, employment matters, product liability, antitrust, insurance, and bankruptcy litigation. He has significant trial experience and previously served as the managing member of his firm from 2007 to 2016. Recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation and Oil & Gas Law and by Super Lawyers for Energy & Natural Resources, he is regarded as one of San Antonio’s top attorneys in his field.
