Nico Apfelbaum is the managing partner and founder of Apfelbaum Martinez Law. Apfelbaum earned his B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida, with a focus on finance and entrepreneurship. He went on to earn his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Licensed to practice in Florida, he is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, bringing a strong academic foundation and broad legal authority to his practice.

Apfelbaum’s experience includes years of practice at a large Florida firm where he concentrated on collections, creditors’ rights, business litigation, and UCC matters.
