Nico Apfelbaum

Nico Apfelbaum is the managing partner and founder of Apfelbaum Martinez Law. He established the firm with a mission to provide exceptional and personalized legal services to both individuals and businesses. With a career spanning complex commercial litigation, business transactions, and bankruptcy matters, he has earned a reputation for delivering practical and effective solutions to clients across Florida, while remaining dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism.

Apfelbaum earned his B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida, with a focus on finance and entrepreneurship. He went on to earn his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Licensed to practice in Florida, he is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, bringing a strong academic foundation and broad legal authority to his practice.

Apfelbaum’s experience includes years of practice at a large Florida firm where he concentrated on collections, creditors’ rights, business litigation, and UCC matters. He has successfully represented national and international businesses, investors, and individuals. Today, his practice areas include business and contract law, litigation, probate, wills and estates, government consulting, and real estate law. His ability to combine transactional insight with litigation skills has made him a trusted advisor to clients with diverse legal needs.
