R. Christopher Clark

R. Christopher Clark is a seasoned attorney with decades of experience representing individuals, corporations, partnerships, and business entities in a wide range of legal matters. He regularly counsels family-owned businesses in San Antonio and South Texas on corporate structuring, business operations, and long-term planning. Clark earned his B.A. from the University of Texas in 1983 and his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1986, where he served as Associate Editor and later Senior Associate Editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal. He also shared his expertise as an adjunct professor in the Department of Business Administration at Trinity University from 2004 to 2009, teaching future business leaders about the intersection of law and corporate practice.
