Fay L. Szakal

Fay L. Szakal is a corporate lawyer and partner at Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis LLP, focusing on corporate, real estate, employment law, and healthcare transactions. She drafts and negotiates agreements involving mergers, acquisitions, company formation, financing, redevelopment, private equity, and other commercial matters.
