Farley I. Weiss is a veteran intellectual property attorney with over 30 years of experience in trademark, service mark, and copyright law. Since 1990, he has helped clients protect their intellectual property with precision, filing more than 1,000 applications. His clientele includes high-profile musicians, public companies, and entrepreneurs seeking to safeguard their brands.
Mr. Weiss earned his J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law in 1989 and a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985. He was admitted to practice law in Arizona and California in 1990, as well as to the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He clerked for Justice Menachem Elon of Israel’s Supreme Court in 1988.
Focusing exclusively on intellectual property law, Mr. Weiss offers deep experience in federal trademark registration, copyright compliance, and brand protection strategies. He provides tailored IP counsel to a diverse client base—from entertainers such as Debbie Sledge of Sister Sledge to public companies like Iveda—helping protect, enforce, and maximize the value of their brands in high‑stakes matters.
Farley I. Weiss is also active in public and community affairs. He is the Chairman of the Israel Heritage Foundation and a former President of the National Council of Young Israel. He co-authored a book on U.S.-Israel relations, titled “Because It’s Just and Right,” and has been featured on national television and in major publications for his insights on intellectual property and international policy.
