Farid Novian

Farid earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California in 1980. He later completed his Juris Doctor at Southwestern Law School in 1983. He has been admitted to practice law in California since 1984, including in the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
