Farhan Naqvi

Farhan Naqvi is the founder and lead attorney at Naqvi Law Firm, a premier personal injury law firm serving Southern Nevada. Practicing law since 2003, he established his firm in 2008 to offer injured individuals skilled representation and a real chance at justice. His background in insurance defense gives him rare insight into the strategies used by insurers, allowing him to counteract their efforts to deny or reduce claims.

Farhan earned a B.A. with honors from York University in 1999. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2003, graduating cum laude. While in law school, he served on the Executive Committee, earned the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award, and completed an externship with Chief Judge Stephen M. McNamee of the U.S. District Court in Arizona. He also gained experience representing child abuse victims through the Child Advocacy Clinic.

Farhan began his career at Selman Breitman, representing major insurance companies. He then joined one of Nevada’s largest personal injury firms before founding Naqvi Law Firm. His prior defense experience enables him to anticipate the tactics used by insurance companies and build strong, strategic cases on behalf of injury victims.

Under Farhan’s leadership, Naqvi Law Firm has become known for its high success rate and client-focused approach. He also established the Naqvi Justice Center, a cutting-edge facility designed to test trial strategies and strengthen case outcomes. He is admitted to all Nevada courts and is a respected member of multiple legal organizations, including the State Bar of Nevada, American Association for Justice, Nevada Justice Association, and more.
