Farhad Novian

Farhad Novian is the managing partner and a founding member of Novian & Novian LLP, a firm established in 1988. With decades of experience in business litigation, corporate law, real estate, employment, healthcare, securities, and intellectual property, he has successfully represented clients across various industries, including apparel, construction, technology, and hospitality. Mr. Novian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles 1981. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1984. Admitted to the California Bar in 1985, he is licensed to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts across California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
