Mr. Jason Allen is a dedicated attorney with a strong business and corporate law background. Mr. Allen earned his J.D. from Indiana University, where he focused on corporate, administrative, and tax law. During law school, he gained valuable hands-on experience through a judicial clerkship, an internship with a Fortune 500 company’s in-house counsel, and a clinician position at the Indiana University Nonprofit Legal Clinic. He also served on the Editorial Board of the Indiana University Journal of Law and Social Equality. Before pursuing law, Mr. Allen completed his B.S. in Accounting and Finance with Business Honors from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. His undergraduate studies included multiple internships with multinational corporations, where he developed expertise in financial analysis, tax planning, and audit procedures.

Mr. Allen is a corporate attorney focused on business law, complex transactions, and tax strategy.
