Evan began his academic path at Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, along with a minor in Sociology focused on Business Behavior. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. Mary’s University School of Law. While there, he was a Dean’s List honoree, a member of The Harlan Society, and served as a Staff Writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal.
