Beau Wilder is a Partner at the Wilder Pantazis Law Group and a Board-Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist. He focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from auto accidents, trucking negligence, and industrial incidents. With a client-first approach, Beau has successfully litigated hundreds of complex cases involving spinal cord and brain injuries.
Beau graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, serving on the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review. His academic background laid the foundation for a sharp legal mind and a meticulous trial approach.
Early in his career, Beau clerked for Federal Judge Graham C. Mullen in Charlotte, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making. He later practiced criminal defense, family law, and personal injury before focusing on serious injury and workers’ compensation cases throughout North and South Carolina.
Beau is admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina and federal courts across both states. He has appeared before a wide array of legal bodies, including state courts, the North Carolina Industrial Commission, and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission. His ability to advocate at every level of litigation makes him a trusted figure for injury victims.
