Darrell Castle is the founding attorney of Darrell Castle & Associates, where he has helped people in Memphis and beyond for over 30 years. He focuses his practice on consumer bankruptcy and personal injury law, giving people the fresh start they need after financial hardship or an unexpected accident. Known for his honesty and dedication, Darrell believes everyone deserves strong legal support when life gets hard.
Darrell graduated from Ketron High School in 1966. He earned a B.S. in History and a B.S. in Political Science from East Tennessee State University in 1970. After serving four years as a U.S. Marine Corps officer, including service in Vietnam, he returned home and completed graduate studies in history at ETSU before earning his J.D. from Memphis State University Law School (now the University of Memphis) in 1979.
In 1984, Darrell opened his private practice, which became Darrell Castle & Associates. He has also helped start law offices in Milwaukee, Detroit, St. Louis, and Kansas City. Licensed in Tennessee and Missouri, he helps people with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, as well as a wide range of personal injury cases, from car accidents to nursing home abuse and medical malpractice.
In addition to his legal practice, Darrell Castle has been active in public service and even ran as a Vice Presidential candidate for the Constitution Party in 2008. Clients appreciate his compassion, experience, and steady guidance during difficult times. He provides trusted legal help and a path forward for anyone facing debt, injury, or loss.
