Erin K. Artz

Erin K. Artz is an attorney at Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP who works with clients from the firm’s Omaha and Des Moines offices. She focuses on estate planning, business succession, corporate law, business counseling, and mergers and acquisitions. Artz advises companies throughout their life cycle, helping owners address formation, governance, growth, transactions, and transition planning while coordinating business strategies with personal estate objectives.

Artz earned her J.D. cum laude from Creighton University School of Law and studied international law at Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid. She also received a B.B.A. in accounting, cum laude, from St. Norbert College. Her combined legal, international, and accounting education supports her ability to analyze ownership structures, financial considerations, tax-related issues, and long-term planning needs when advising businesses, individuals, and families.
