Adam R. Feeney

Adam R. Feeney is a commercial litigation and arbitration lawyer at Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP who represents clients in complex business lawsuits and disputes. He handles matters involving corporate issues, partnerships, contract breaches, creditors’ rights, product liability, RICO, securities fraud, employment, and trusts and estates. He has tried cases in state and federal courts and presented disputes before arbitral tribunals. His arbitration experience includes proceedings administered by the International Chamber of Commerce and AAA/ICDR. He serves clients from offices in Omaha and Des Moines.

Adam earned his undergraduate degree in political science and communications from the University of Iowa. He received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2009. He completed the Nebraska State Bar Leadership Academy during its 2018–2019 class. Before joining his current practice, he worked at Hogan Lovells in New York City.
