Erin E. Bauer is a dedicated attorney who represents individuals in a wide range of civil matters, including employment law, Social Security Disability & SSI, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, family law, personal injury, estate planning, domestic relations mediation, and general litigation. Erin E. Bauer has handled jury trials and argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit, securing published opinions from both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit.
Erin earned her B.A. in 2004 from the University of Southern Indiana, graduating with a 4.0 GPA while majoring in History with a minor in Anthropology. She then obtained her J.D. in 2008 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Bloomington, Indiana, graduating cum laude. During law school, she served as Staff Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal and was active in the Domestic Relations Mediation Clinic.
Erin was admitted to practice in Indiana in 2008, as well as the U.S. District Court Southern District of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit in 2014. She is a certified Domestic Relations Mediator and has mediated numerous cases. Her representative work includes Browning v. Colvin, 766 F.3d 702 (7th Cir., Sept. 4, 2014), involving Social Security Disability benefits.
Erin E.
