Mr. Heninger earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law and his B.A. from Birmingham-Southern College. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia, as well as multiple federal district courts and the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. His educational foundation and multistate admissions allow him to represent clients across the Southeast in complex, high-stakes cases requiring strong courtroom skills and strategic insight.
Throughout his career, Mr. Heninger has been deeply involved in professional development and legal education. He is board-certified as a Civil Law Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and frequently teaches trial advocacy for the American Association for Justice. He has served in numerous leadership roles, including President of the Alabama Association for Justice and Commissioner on the Alabama State Bar Board of Bar Commissioners.
