Mark R. Affronti

Mark R. Affronti is a respected civil litigation attorney at Hutcheson, Affronti & Deisinger, P.C. He focuses on trial work, appellate advocacy, and the defense of clients in complex lawsuits and disputes. He has spent more than a decade representing physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers. His work includes defending against medical and professional malpractice claims and guiding clients through licensing and disciplinary investigations involving agencies such as OPMC, OPD, and the Justice Center. He has also lectured at the University at Buffalo Medical School on avoiding malpractice and handling licensing issues.

Mr. Affronti earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he served as the Hon. John T’s Confidential Law Clerk Intern. Curtain of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and received the Robert J. Connelly Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. He holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Elmira College.
