Michelle also held leadership roles in student organizations, serving as Co-President of the Women’s Law Caucus and Treasurer of the Latinx Law Student Association. These roles helped her develop strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills while supporting diverse student communities within the legal field.

Michelle’s early professional experience includes her role at the Milken Institute’s Center for Financial Markets, where she worked on strategies related to infrastructure financing. She also co-managed an online platform, gaining insight into financial systems and policy-focused initiatives.

Michelle assists clients with a range of business law matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and technology transactions, and employment issues. Her work focuses on helping clients navigate legal processes efficiently while supporting their operational and strategic goals.
