Eric began his academic journey at Southern Methodist University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to complete a Masters in Business Administration with honors at the Kogod School of Business before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law. His combined JD and MBA background gives him the ability to analyze both the legal and financial dimensions of every case.

Eric first gained legal experience as a law student working with nonprofit organizations, a private equity group, and the Federal Tax Clinic, where he represented taxpayers before the U.S. Tax Court. Later, he practiced in Washington, DC, focusing on business litigation and commercial transactions before relocating to Florida, where he expanded his practice to include tax planning and trusts.

Eric has been admitted to practice law in multiple jurisdictions, including Florida, New York, Maryland, Texas, and the District of Columbia, as well as several federal courts. His wide-ranging bar admissions allow him to assist diverse clients with complex multistate and federal matters in both litigation and advisory capacities.

Over the years, Eric has built a reputation as a lecturer and presenter, leading continuing legal education courses on subjects such as estate planning, tax law, corporate transparency, and business structuring. He has also been invited to speak internationally on U.S. business and tax matters, strengthening his role as a resource for entrepreneurs and investors.
