Elliot W. Gale is a Partner and Shareholder at Gale Angelo Johnson P.C., where he represents clients in complex consumer litigation matters. A passionate advocate for consumer rights, he has dedicated his career to protecting individuals facing financial hardship and unfair credit reporting practices. Since co-founding GAJP, P.C. in 2019, he has earned a reputation for achieving successful outcomes through his sharp legal insight and client-centered approach.
Mr. Gale graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in History before earning his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2008. While attending law school, he interned at the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office, where he gained valuable courtroom experience and developed a strong commitment to justice and fairness in the legal system.
Before founding GAJP, P.C., Mr. Gale spent nine years as a Senior Associate at a leading consumer bankruptcy firm, overseeing more than 1,000 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. During that time, he argued before both the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His published opinions—including Aulbach v. Experian Info. Solutions and Lugo v. Experian Info. Solutions—have helped shape consumer credit reporting law in California.
