Ellen K. Geisler

Ellen K. Geisler is a partner in the litigation department at Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP, based in Omaha. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation and employment law. Ellen represents individuals, businesses, and organizations in a wide range of disputes, including contract breaches, workplace injuries, and claims of employment discrimination. Her work spans both state and federal courts, and she is committed to protecting her clients’ rights while guiding them through complex legal matters. Whether advocating for an employee in a wrongful termination case or advising a company in a business dispute, she brings clarity and strength to every case she handles as an employment lawyer.

Ellen earned her J.D., with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law. During law school, she served as an officer for the Moot Court Board and was a member of the Nebraska Law Review. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work at the civil clinic. Ellen also holds a B.J. in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
