Elizabeth holds two LL.M. degrees from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas—one in International and Comparative Law (2009) and one in American Legal Studies (2008). She earned her LL.B. from Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, Mexico 2002.
