Kailei earned her J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 2008, where she served as Articles Editor for the Animal Law Review. She also holds a B.A. in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Seattle University. Licensed in both Washington and Oregon, Kailei has assisted clients with bankruptcy, disability discrimination, and housing access cases before turning her focus to estate law.
Before entering the legal field, Kailei owned and operated a specialty contracting business and worked as a construction maintenance professional. These experiences sharpened her problem-solving skills and instilled a practical, solutions-oriented mindset that she brings to her legal practice today.
Kailei Feeney is active in several professional associations, including the Washington, Oregon, and King County Bar Associations, where she participates in the Real Property, Probate, Trust, Elder Law, and Environmental sections. She also serves on the board of the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with legal clinics, including the KCBA Neighborhood Legal Clinic and WSBA First Responder Will Clinics.
