Graham Allen is a board-certified specialist in Civil Trial Law, recognized for his extensive experience in complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, including high-stakes jury and non-jury trials, as well as arbitration proceedings across a broad range of disputes.
Allen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina in 1966 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1969. His legal education laid a strong foundation for his decades-long litigation practice and reputation for courtroom excellence.
Allen’s primary areas of practice include business disputes, class action defense, legal malpractice, and officer/director liability. He frequently collaborates with the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Corporate & Business Transactions teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
