Elan B. Rafael

Elan B. Rafael is a dedicated trial attorney with over two decades of experience fighting for clients in personal injury and criminal defense matters. Mr. Rafael earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2003 and holds a B.A. from Florida State University (2001). His legal career began at the Office of the Public Defender for the State of Maryland, where he successfully defended clients in cases ranging from DUI to first-degree murder. This experience instilled in him a passion for standing up against powerful institutions and protecting the rights of the accused.
