Elaine M. Youngblood is an of-counsel attorney in Nashville, Tennessee, whose practice includes employment law, insurance coverage, insurance defense, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation. She represents employers, insurance carriers, and other clients in disputes that require careful evaluation of liability, damages, and litigation strategy. Elaine earned a B.A. in History from Wake Forest University and later received her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School. Elaine has tried more than 250 jury trials and several hundred non-jury cases in venues throughout Tennessee. Her courtroom experience includes personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, vehicular accident, and workers’ compensation matters. She has also represented employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and personal injury actions. Earlier in her career, she served as staff counsel for a large national insurance carrier and participated in litigation addressing the ethical relationships among staff counsel, law firms, and insurers.

Elaine M. Youngblood brings extensive trial experience and professional leadership to her employment and civil litigation practice. She is a member of ABOTA and the Nashville, Tennessee, and Texas Bar Associations, and she previously chaired the Nashville Bar Fee Dispute Committee. She has also received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has spoken at continuing legal education programs in the United States and Europe, including programs connected with the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg, Austria.
